How to Cancel Your Account

  • – Please contact the administrator of FindAll. Provide your account details and request account cancellation.

Cancellation Process

  • – Upon receiving your cancellation request, our team will verify your identity and account information.
  • – After verification, your account will be removed from the FindAll platform, along with all associated company, product, and pricing information.

Important Notes

  • 1. No Subscription Plan: Since there is no subscription plan associated with your FindAll account, there are no cancellation fees.

  • 2. Data Removal: All your data, including company information, product listings, and pricing details, will be permanently deleted from our system upon cancellation.

  • 3. Reactivation: If you wish to reactivate your account in the future, you will need to sign up again and re-enter your company and product information.

Order Cancellation Timing

    • – Customers may cancel their orders before the shipping process begins.
    • – Once the order status indicates “Shipped” or “On the Way,” cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns and refunds are only possible if the product received does not match what was purchased as per the order confirmation.

 

For online transactions where payment is made through the Online Payment Service provided on our site, buyers may submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return, please fill in the form on our Return Form Page or contact us via email at findallhq@gmail.com.

 

Upon approval of the return request by the supplier, a confirmation letter will be emailed to the buyer, along with instructions for returning the product. The seller will arrange for their appointed freight or logistics company to pick up the product and will cover the shipping or delivery charges for the return.

 

A full refund will be issued once the returned product is received and verified as unused. Refunds will only be processed for items that are unused; returns will be rejected if the item shows obvious signs of use.
